Consumer Representative Opportunity for input into new Physiotherapy Curriculum at Monash University

Monash University at Peninsula Campus are seeking two consumer representatives to provide input into the design of a new physiotherapy course.

Purpose

The purpose of the curriculum working group is to develop the outline, priorities and general structure of a new physiotherapy course that will meet the needs of the community it seeks to serve. 

Meeting Title: Physiotherapy Curriculum Working Group

Number of consumer representatives sought: 2

Consumer characteristics: We are seeking individuals who have been exposed to a range of physiotherapy services; in addition, a background in education would be highly regarded. 

Activities for consumers: You will be required to attend 3- 4 one hour meetings at the Frankston Campus of Monash University over a six month period to discuss education priorities, in addition to reading some summary documents in between each meeting. At this stage, meetings are proposed for Thursday afternoons (23rd August, 27th September and 1st November).

Consumer Support: You will receive a voucher of $50 per hour, as a gesture of thanks for your time.
