Health Issues Centre 2017 Annual Report

The last twelve months have been extremely busy and at times challenging for Health Issues Centre as it responded to significant changes and issues occurring across the health spectrum.

We have continued to advocate for better care through our training, projects and campaigns.

We have also continued to enhance our reputation as a leading innovator in consumer engagement through our three priority streams of work:

  • Capacity Building
  • Culture Change through Innovation
  • Community Conversations

We believe our work is fundamentally changing the nature of participation and engagement and that as we refine our techniques we will fulfil our objective to truly give expression to consumer voices and to become an innovation leader in the health sector.

We are pleased to share our previous twelve month’s work through the Health Issues Centre 2017 Annual Report. We are equally pleased to share our vision of the future and to continue improving the healthcare system for all Victorians.
