Health Issues Centre presents the last of five regional forums for 2017, The Survey Says...Keep Asking (Bendigo).Last month (March, 2017), we held our last forum in Hamilton for consumer representatives and staff of health-related organisations.The format of these forums consists of a series of workshops to choose from.

Consumers are asked to pay a subsidised fee of $15 (GST included) which includes catering and a resource pack. Staff are asked to pay a nominal fee of $99 (GST included).

Registrations are essential. You will be asked to choose two workshops to attend - one from the morning options and another from the afternoon options.
