The Survey Says…Keeping Asking (Traralgon)
Health Issues Centre presents our one-day regional forum The Survey Says.....Keep Asking (Traralgon).
This forum is one of five being held across regional Victoria between now and June 2017. Last month (November 2016), we kicked off the first forum in Hepburn Springs for consumer representatives and staff of health-related organisations.
The format of these forums consists of a series of workshops to choose from.
Morning options:
- I am a consumer: What am I doing here?
- Partners in change: Working with consumers
Afternoon options:
- Consumer representatives in action
- Through different eyes: patient centred care from the consumer perspective
There will be opportunity for surprising activities during the lunch break. For a description of each workshop, please refer to the Program.
Cost
Consumers are asked to pay a subsidised fee of $15 (GST included) which includes catering and a resource pack. Staff are asked to pay a nominal fee of $99 (GST included).
Important to note
Registrations are essential. You will be asked to choose two workshops to attend - one from the morning options and another from the afternoon options.
