How we can support you
We work with health services and organisations to help them improve their service through patient-centred care.
We foster active partnerships between health consumers and health providers. Our mission is to help individuals, organisations and health providers to better understand the value of consumer participation.
Every day we train, mentor and support health consumers and health providers in consumer participation. Our wealth of experience allows us to partner with health services to implement effective consumer participation strategies and patient and family centred approaches.
