Tasmanian Council of Social Services (TasCOSS) is the peak body for community services in Tasmania. In 2012, they embarked on a journey towards consumer engagement. This fantastic report includes quotes, stories and short video clips of consumers and staff participating in the project.

Consumer participation in the evidence-based health care movement is largely seen as important by those who promote it but is surrounded by a range of competing discourses. This paper explores these competing discourses and develops an argument for consumer participation in evidence-based health care.
