Dental Health Services Victoria is developing a new Strategic Plan to set the future direction for public oral healthcare in Victoria.

They are looking for people who are past or current consumers of public dental services in Victoria to answer some questions. They want to ensure their new Strategic Plan is on the right track.

Answering these questions is voluntary. You can answer as few or as many questions as you choose.
