The Victorian Department of Health and Human Services presents its latest advance care planning updates in a one day forum. The forum is open to all health professionals and FREE for Victorian health services. Limited spaces are available for national delegates.
Death over Drinks
Dying for a drink? Join us for drinks and canapés and a discussion about death. Delivered by Death Over Dinner, this unique networking event is a fitting ice breaker for the conference.
National Conference Day 1
More than 40 international and national speakers share their expertise in advance care planning issues across a program highlighting the themes of technology, community, and models and outcomes of advance care planning. It’s a fantastic opportunity to network and collaborate with peers from around the country.
National Conference Day 2 (Workshop)
NEW in 2016, this interactive day explores how we can work across sectors to implement advance care planning to improve patient experience and support decision making for Australians.
