Mental Health Complaints Commissioner
MHCC is looking for three people from culturally diverse backgrounds with experience of mental health issues to test their new Easy English fact sheet.
What is the opportunity?
The Mental Health Complaints Commissioner (MHCC) wants to test a fact sheet on how to make a complaint about a mental health service in Victoria. MHCC is looking for three people with mental health issues that cause disability (psychosocial disability) or who have trouble communicating because of their cultural background.
What will be involved, and how will consumers be supported?
There will be a one hour, one-on-one session at a time that suits you. Sessions will run during 9am-5pm,
Interpreter support will be provided as needed.
Where will the session be held?
The session will be run by Scope at their offices: Level 2/302 Burwood Rd, Hawthorn. Scope will call you to book in a time that suits you.
What else should I know?
You will get a $50 Coles/Myer gift card for your time at the session and travelling to and from Scope's offices.
